Residential Sealcoating

Sealcoating or resealing is one of the best ways to protect your asphalt from the UV rays and harsh weather conditions of freezing and thawing. Besides extending the life of your driveway, sealcoating also makes your driveway look new and accelerates the melting of snow and ice.

To ensure durability, we use a commercial-grade, quality sealant that is hand-brushed so that more product is applied. Renew Paving recommends that professional sealcoating is done every two to three years to combat deterioration.

A custom product called Renew Guard might also be recommended if larger cracks are present. This solution may be recommended if your driveway is near the replacement phase.

For residential driveways, Renew Paving uses a cold pour method to reseal cracks in your asphalt.

Residential Pothole Repair or Asphalt Patching

Depending on the driveway condition, Renew Paving uses several methods for repairing potholes and patching asphalt. This can be an economical option to complete asphalt resurfacing. Some potholes can be surface-patched while more severe deterioration requires that the asphalt be cut out, filled and compacted.
